For an annual trade fair in Como, humdrum spaces were to be temporarily transformed into an attractive location for the display of new textile designs. Taking a cue from an ephemeral occasion and from the flexible nature of fabrics, I created an outdoor reception area, shrouded in fabric, with a set of circular seats that reflected a celestial constellation. Was it a nod to the casual circumstance of the event or an augury for its success?
